Lindsay just can’t seem to get a break from more bad news. Not only is she looking at doing jail time for her arrest back in July, Lindsay Lohan has received yet another lawsuit against her.

The first was an accident involving the drunken actress running into the back of a van of Raymundo Ortega. He is suing her for $200,000.

The latest is Signe Dupuy who is suing her for $7500 in small claims court over an April 26th car accident. The suit has implicated Lindsay’s bodyguard was a part of the accident too.

This latest lawsuit will be heard on the 11th September by a Los Angeles judge. It sure looks that Lindsay has quite a fair bit on her plate at the moment.

Speaking to E! Online, Michael Lohan said he spoke to staff members at her latest rehabilitation facility, and is confident they are providing her with proper care she needs.

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father says the actress has multiple addictions which includes alcohol and the painkiller drug OxyContin.

Michael Lohan was released from a New York state prison in March after serving almost two years for driving while intoxicated and other charges. He said he is currently studying to be a drug-rehab counselor with the faith-based organization Teen Challenge.
